MEMBERSHIP TYPES

In-Person Training (Single Session or Monthly Membership Available)

  •  One-on-one coaching tailored to your specific needs.

  •  Available for general fitness, strength & conditioning, and sport-specific training 

 

​Online Training (Weekly or Monthly Membership Available)

  •  Customized programming sent via/text email weekly with your workouts for the week (adjusted weekly to fit clients preferences and/or weaknesses)

  • Once a week zoom or FaceTime check-ins

​Hybrid Training (Weekly or Monthly Membership Available)

  •  A Mix of Online and In-Person Training for anyone looking for hands on coaching but need some flexibility.

  • -Up to 2 Sessions a Week In-Person with additional programming provided to follow on your own.
